Please Note: 
Normal production time for personalised items are made on a 5-7 working day turnaround.
We will always try and work faster than this but at busy times it just might not be possible!

XMAS DATES:
Please note all orders placed on or before Monday 16th December will be sent in time for Christmas. All orders placed between 16th December and New Year will be processed when we return to the workroom on Thursday 2nd January xx 

If you have placed an order and need it by a certain date please do get in touch to let us now at time of ordering.
If you have ordered items alongside personalised ones they will all be sent together in one parcel unless otherwise arranged.
