CHRISTMAS PRODUCTION TIMES (STARTS SEPTEMBER!)
Please Note: 
Normal production time for personalised items are made on a 5-7 working day turnaround.
We will always try and work faster than this but at busy times it just might not be possible!
 
From the start of September we attend a number of Christmas Fairs around the country as well as being VERY busy online with orders.
During the dates we are out of the workroom please note we cannot make or send any items. We will then work as fast as possible in order number to fulfil these orders, but please be aware that production and postage time may be extended from normal.

XMAS FAIR DATES:
September: 18th-19th, 24th-25th
October: 7th-13th
November: 8th-9th, 10th-20th, 24th, 28th-30th
December: 4th-5th

If you have placed an order and need it by a certain date please do get in touch to let us now at time of ordering.
If you have ordered items alongside personalised ones they will all be sent together in one parcel unless otherwise arranged.
