Little London Bloomers Limited is a registered company in England & Wales. The terms and conditions here are subject to change and it is the responsibility of the customer to check these regularly. By placing an order with LITTLE LONDON BLOOMERS Ltd, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions. All images, logos, photographs and text property of Little London Bloomers Ltd. The copying, modification, distribution, reproduction or incorporation into any other work is prohibited without permission.

GENERAL
You may browse our web site without registering and purchase products via our website as a registered customer or you can check out as a guest. When you register as an online customer, your username will be your valid email address and you will be asked to create a password. You are entirely responsible for all actions taken under your username, whether by you or by any other person. It is your responsibility to keep your username and password safe. When you register as an online customer, you agree that:
1. Any information which you provide shall be true and accurate in all respects.
2. Payment methods being used are your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the payment of product(s)
3. You will notify us immediately of any changes to this information or make any relevant changes to your account.
HANDMADE
All items sold as handmade are subject to minor differences from each other due to the nature of the production process. Whilst every attempt is made to keep products within one range identical, there is a natural scope for small distinctions.
PERSONALISED
All items that are personalised are non-refundable except in the instance where there is a fault with the product at which point, we will endeavour to repair the item and if this is not possible, we will provide a replacement.
ORDERS
On placing an order from the LITTLE LONDON BLOOMERS LTD website, your contract for purchases is made with LITTLE LONDON BLOOMERS LTD and you undertake that all goods ordered by you or through your username and/or guest checkout are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
An additional delivery charge will be added to the cost of all orders on top of the product price to cover the cost of postage and packaging.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail information about products ordered, payment method and total cost including postage and packaging.
On receipt of this email it will be deemed that your order has been accepted. If there is a problem with your order or your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us with further information.
DELIVERY
All delivery times quoted may be subject to change. Goods will be dispatched to the address given at the time of ordering. If you order more than one item, your goods might be sent out in separate packages. We will contact you to let you know that this is the case.
PAYMENT
www.littlelondonbloomers.com accepts payments via PayPal and also through Stripe, hosted by our website provider wix.com.
Gift vouchers, discount codes and sale prices are subject to change and deadline dates and are at the sole discretion of www.littlelondonbloomers.com
RETURNS
You may return most items sold by www.littlelondonbloomers.com within 14 days from receipt for a full refund, provided you fully abide by the Returns Policy. Please see *Delivery and Returns for further information.
LIABILITY
We do not accept liability (except as set out in the below information) for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and we reserve the right to change information, products, specifications, prices, descriptions and any details of listed goods, products, services and general information displayed on our website at any time without the need to give notice.
If an error is discovered on the price of a product purchased from www.littlelondonbloomers.com, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In an instance where you have purchased an item at an incorrect price, we will email you to inform you that your order has not been accepted and that will be cancelled. If you have already paid for any products that fall under this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date from which you placed the order. Should you choose to then re-order the product, this will be classed as a separate transaction and will be subject to a new order number and invoice.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not ordered or that are faulty or different in quantity to the order form, we shall replace or repair faulty goods or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question, provided that you notify us of the problem by email to the email address stated in the confirmation email within 7 working days of delivery of the goods and also under the proviso that all good are returned to us – unless we inform you that a return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
Here at Little London Bloomers, we take every measure to provide accurate and clear images for each product for sale on our website. We cannot be held responsible for any variations that may occur due to monitor differences (contrast, colours, brightness etc.) or any differences between the image and the actual product.
All products sold on www.littlelondonbloomers.com are provided solely for private domestic and consumer use and are strictly not for re-sale. We therefore do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising from the use of our website or for any products or services purchased from www.littlelondonbloomers.com.
We take every measure to prevent fraudulent internet behaviour and to ensure that any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. If your payment details are however used in a fraudulent manner as a direct result of being used to buy products from our website, we will not assume liability for any of your loss.
We do not accept responsibility for delays in the delivery of a product to you due to events outside of what will be deemed reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters and occurrences, strikes, riots, public marches, bank holidays, governmental actions and any other similar or like event.

Products displayed on this website are available only whilst stocks last. We have taken every care to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our products are as accurate and possible. Every effort has been made to show the product colours as accurately as possible – we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. All photographs, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising issued on the website and any description, photograph or illustrations contained in LITTLE LONDON BLOOMERS LTD website are issued or published for the sole purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products described in the website and will not form part of the contract with you and no warranty or guarantee shall be expressed or implied in the contract with you in this regard.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices shown on the Site are in GBP. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The GBP at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error. Product prices are set at the beginning of each season. These prices are subject to change before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Orders placed with us will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and that all goods and applicable charges have been paid in full.
We will confirm our acceptance of your order - on receipt of cleared funds – by email (where a valid email address is provided).
CANCELLATION
If you place an order and wish to cancel, you will need to contact us at info@littlelondonbloomers with your order number and follow the normal returns procedure. Your refund will not be immediate and will follow normal return guidelines.
COMPETITIONS
Competitions and their prizes are at the sole discretion of LITTLE LONDON BLOOMERS LTD.
Current Promotions: Win a Bloomer
Customers who post and tag Little London Bloomers in entering the competition give permission for Little London Bloomers to make sue of their photos now and in the future on their social media sites, website and potentially general marketing.
The bloomer prize that is given is chosen solely by Little London Bloomers Ltd and there is no cash value or exchange.
Little London Bloomers Ltd reserves the right to not award a prize during any time period where there are minimal entries. We also reserve the right to award more than one prize in any given month.
